Title: Forest Hill Historic District Walking Tour
Location: The Ballantine Gates, Branch Brook Park
Description: In celebration of Historic Preservation Month, The Forest Hill Community Association is hosting a guided Walking Tour of the Forest Hill Historic District on Sat. May 31, 2008. The tour is being conducted by Newark historian Elizabeth Del Tufo. Tickets can be purchased for $20 on the day of the event at 1pm in front of The Ballantine Gates. Also on hand will be the co-authors of \”Images of America Branch Brook Park,\” Kathleen P. Galop & Catharine Longendyck, to discuss their collaboration and have a book signing.
