There goes River Bank Park, why don’t they do it like last year down by the old drive-in theater. The park will be destroyed with all those people.

Come join the celebration of Brazil’s Independence in Newark on September (6 and 7 postponed) 13 and 14 at Riverbank Park, between Jackson and Somme Streets. The festivities are being postponed due to severe weather warnings for this weekend. Organizers felt it would be difficult to build tents with 40mph winds as well as for the well being of participants. Check weather.
